Mesas

(tables)

Sonoma is the home of the last, and northern most, Spanish missions in California. Founded in 1823, the mission is across the street from the military barracks, constructed by General Vallejo in 1836. This also happened to be the location where the Bear Flag was first raised in 1846, declaring California independent from Mexico. The Town of Sonoma owes its historical significance to the Spanish peoples who were the first European settlers of the area.

Tables were some of the first, and most significant items produced by Mesa Sonoma. It is for these reasons we elected to honor the Spanish settlers contributions to the area by utilizing the name, Mesa, which is their word for table.

The table is a place to come together.  It can be the centerpiece of any living space, indoor and outdoor.  We craft each piece knowing that many meals and conversations will happen here. Family and friends will gather, and stories will unfold.  Each piece is hand crafted with the care and attention it deserves, using the highest quality materials and rustically elegant designs.

As a custom builder, we are able to adapt any of our styles to suit your needs and preferences. We can adjust the materials, finishes and dimensions to create a piece that works for your space. We will also work directly with designers and clients to build a truly one of a kind table.
